Request a Return or Exchange

At Monstabolic, we want you to love what you wear — every fit, every move, every rep.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make your return or exchange process smooth and hassle-free.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✅ Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with all original tags and packaging.
✅ Requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ Products purchased during sale or clearance may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
✅ Items showing signs of wear, deodorant stains, or damage will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Fill out our Return Request Form below or email us at info@monstabolic.com.

  2. Include your Order ID, registered email/phone number, and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Once approved, our team will share pickup or shipping instructions.

  4. After the item is received and inspected, your replacement or refund will be processed.


Refunds

Refunds are initiated to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your selection during the process.
Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to reflect in your account after approval.
