Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details as soon as your package is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

🚚 Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
🏙️ Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
🛣️ Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier service availability, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A small shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional service fee of ₹49.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and link.
You can also track your order anytime using the “Track My Order” section on our website.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, or if the package is returned due to non-collection, re-shipping fees may apply.

Currently, Monstabolic ships only within India. International shipping will be launched soon.
